Rotary Accumulation Table

Icon Equipment International supplies this 1200mm diameter rotary accumulation table, built in stainless steel throughout with an independent variable speed drive system. It’s designed to give production lines a buffer point — either dispensing a single line of empty bottles onto the infeed conveyor, or collecting filled and capped bottles from the outfeed conveyor ahead of packing.

The table accumulates bottles up to 5 litres, smoothing out speed differences between upstream and downstream equipment so a single operator can pack bottles onto a box with ease, without the line stalling or bottles jamming.

Description

Features

  • 1200mm diameter stainless steel table for durable, hygienic operation
  • Flat top with raised edge to keep bottles contained and stable during accumulation
  • SEW variable speed drive, adjustable from 3.6–9.00rpm to match line speed

Suited To

Food, beverage, and household/industrial liquid manufacturers who need a simple, reliable buffer between filling/capping and packing — particularly where line speeds vary or a single operator is packing product manually. Commonly used at the infeed (releasing empty bottles onto the line) or the outfeed (collecting finished bottles) of a filling line.

Why Icon Equipment

Icon Equipment International has supplied filling and packaging machinery to Australian and New Zealand manufacturers since 1975, and can integrate this accumulation table into a new or existing production line.

Q: What is a rotary accumulation table used for? A: It acts as a buffer between line stages — either feeding empty bottles onto an infeed conveyor one at a time, or collecting filled and capped bottles from an outfeed conveyor so an operator can pack them into boxes without the line stopping and starting.

Q: What size bottles can it handle? A: The table accommodates bottles up to 5 litres in volume.

Q: What power supply does it require? A: Standard single-phase 240V, 10A power.

Q: Is the table adjustable for different line speeds? A: Yes. It uses an SEW variable speed drive adjustable from 3.6 to 9.00rpm, so speed can be matched to the rest of the line.

Q: What is the table construction? A: Stainless steel throughout, with a flat top and raised edge to keep bottles contained, and a safety operator torque limiter built in.
