Thanks to the excellent cooperation with Icon Equipment International, Australian manufacturer of filling and packaging equipments, in the first two months of 2011 the first important installation for Parmalat Australia, Rowville Vic. was supplied. It is an unscrambler model 1600 E for the handling of 7 sizes (from 300ml to 1250ml) for flavoured milk, a very popular product in Australia, massive consumer of milk and milk by-products. The unscrambler, that works the containers at 11,000bph, is fed by an elevator with 4m³ hopper and has got a vacuum slat band conveyor at its outfeed, for connection to the downstream line. Stainless steel framework, protections and electric panel board make the application especially suitable for the high manufacturing standards requested by Parmalat.
