Knives for bottle retention are made to keep components in place during capping.
We provide an anti-rotation variant to stop spinning while capping activities are being performed.
They differ from other options on the market in that they have a special five-point design and are made of hardened stainless steel.
They can be used in place of their OEM counterparts without any issues.
Capping machine parts chucks enable capping units to keep a tight hold on a cap so they may exert sufficient force to fasten it firmly onto a bottle. The stainless steel in our bottle cap chucks has already been pre-hardened. They can be specially designed to fit various cap profiles.
