ZT-Pack Rotary Capper
- High-speed operation — Rotary design delivers significantly faster throughput than inline capping machines, with 6 mechanical hands dispensing caps continuously without reversal.
- Versatile cap handling — Applies screw caps, press-on caps, tamper-proof caps, ROPP caps, twist-offs, aerosol overcaps, and inserts to both glass and plastic containers.
Fully automatic PLC control — Handles cap feeding, sorting, loading, and closing without manual intervention. - Torque-controlled closure — Magnetic clutch disengages automatically when preset torque is reached, preventing cap and container damage.
