When a part on your bottling line wears out and the original manufacturer can’t supply it, we make it. Icon Equipment reverse-engineers and machines replacement parts for bottle fillers, rinsers, cappers and handling equipment in our Melbourne workshop, so you can keep a reliable machine running instead of replacing it.
We make up to half of the spare parts we supply in-house, with a CNC machine shop, experienced machinists and a network of partner manufacturers. Our team has supported bottling lines across Australia and New Zealand since 1985.

Parts are made from food-grade stainless steel and engineering plastics such as HDPE, acetal and UHMWPE, to suit your product and cleaning regime.
How We Make a Replacement Part
- Send us the part – the worn part itself, a drawing, or clear photos with measurements, plus your machine’s make and model.
- We measure and draw it up – our engineers work out the dimensions, material and tolerances, and fix any weak points in the original design where we can.
- We machine it – in our Melbourne CNC workshop, or with a specialist partner for processes we don’t do in-house.
- You get a quote first – with price and lead time before we start. Once the drawing exists, re-ordering the same part is quick.
Parts for Older Fillers
Many Australian bottling lines still run on Fogg, Federal, Cherry Burrell, Graham Enoch, UDEC and UFS machines.
