4 Head Semi Automatic Level Filler
Intro
Icon Equipment International supplies this 4 head semi-automatic gravity level filler, built for free-flowing, low-viscosity products such as milk, water, juice, beverages, cordials, and vinegars. It’s fitted with an approximately 60-litre tank, with an optional internal level control available for the tank.
The filler is fully adjustable, handling bottle sizes from 250ml up to 5 litres, with spacer change parts supplied to adjust fill volumes. It’s designed for quick, easy cleaning between product change-overs, making it well suited to smaller producers running multiple product lines.
How It Works
Bottles are placed onto the bottle pad, and pressing the foot pedal lifts them via a pneumatic cylinder, opening the level nozzles to fill by gravity. Once full, the bottle pads lower and the filled bottles are removed and placed onto a conveyor or table — both available as optional add-ons.
Filler Speed
Approximately 600–700 bottles per hour for 2 litre bottles, depending on product viscosity.
