David Perryman – Managing Director
David Perryman is the Managing Director of Icon Equipment and has been involved in the food packaging and beverage industry for over 35 years. He was the Operations Manager and General Manager of Fogg Filler (Australia) prior to purchasing the business of Icon Equipment.
With an engineering background, David has the technical experience as well as the managerial skills to assist him with innovative problem solving and decision making as well as providing the best ideas and solutions to any new or existing filling lines.
Drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience from within the industry, David’s positive approach to situations has led to numerous major installations throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the Middle East.
David is dedicated to providing the best quality service to all new and existing customer and is able to do this with the help of the incredible Icon Equipment team that he has helped build.
Russell Barnes – Senior Service Technician
Russell Barnes is the Project lead and Senior Service Technician for Icon Equipment, with over 30 years of experience behind him. His expertise range through all areas of production, electrical and mechanical installation and project management.
With over two decades of experience previously with Nippy’s fruit Juices as Plant and Maintenance Manager, as well as being supported by a team of highly skilled and qualified service technicians, Russell is providing a leading first class service and commitment to all projects he is involved in.
Russell is an integral part of the proud Icon Equipment family and plays a key role in helping Icon to deliver an exceptional level of service.
Kate Perryman – Spare Parts Customer Service
Customer Support Coordinator and Head of Spare Parts, Kate has been part of the Icon Equipment family since 2024.
With a talent and passion for organisation and efficiency, Kate is the driving force behind Icon’s spare parts department. Providing some of the best customer service in the industry, Kate prides herself on being as helpful and prompt as possible with a strong customer first mindset.
Kate is always busy making sure that whether it be customer service or ordering spare parts, she is giving 110% to all of her customers.
Stanton Baker – Senior Service Technician
Service technician Stanton Baker is part of the highly skilled and qualified team of service technicians. He has responsibilities ranging from building, maintaining and installing a variety of Icons specialised machinery.
When an issue or problem is found on site Stan is one of the experts called in to solve it. After a professional analysis of production or filling lines Stan will identify and solve issues with innovative solutions and highly specialised custom-made parts designed and built specifically to meet customer’s needs.
This specialised level of services comes from his high level of qualification and over 40 years of experience in the industry. If asked Stanton will tell you his job is finding creative technical solutions.
Tin Lwin – Engineering
Senior Engineer Tin leads the innovative and creative designs behind Icon Equipment. After over a decade of engineering and design experience in Singapore, Tin became the engineer for Icon in equipment and solutions.
Working closely with our highly trained service engineers and manufacturing staff, Tin will discuss, draft and develop the most precise and effect designs to accommodate almost any need or change in production our customers might have.
This plays large role in the high quality of service and customization that Icon provides. Tin is one of the key drivers behind Icons innovative solutions and truly is full of filling ideas.
Ramya Ganessane – Company Accountant
Finance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance specializing in end-to-end record-to-report operations, driving process simplification through automation, delivering cost efficiencies, ensuring statutory, payroll, and Fair Work compliance, supporting external accountants, and providing timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and budget-versus-actual analysis to enable informed business decision-making.
Holds an MBA from the university of east Anglia (United Kingdom) and the member of the CA ANZ.
when not crunching numbers, enjoys travelling and is a trained Indian classical vocalist and a performer.
Anthony Palmer – Sales & Business Development Manager
Anthony comes to us with over 25yrs of sales and business development experience across the beverage and contract manufacturing space. He has extensive experience in assisting clients in all aspects of the production process and is well placed to ensure clients receive the best advice and the right equipment for any size project.
Anthony understands the quality and efficiency clients demand and works closely with our engineers and technicians to ensure he exceeds expectations, believing strong relationships and industry leading service are the key to good outcomes.
Outside of work, Anthony is a passionate football coach and family man.
Pauline Kostas – Office manager
Office manager Pauline Kostas has been with Icon Equipment since 2003
With a background in business management Pauline has filled many roles in her time at Icon from, involvement in large project tenders, spare parts, HR, customer service, accounts, sale support, marketing and reception duties.
Pauline has cultivated a strong family atmosphere here at Icon that encourages everyone at Icon to produce their best. Her positive influence can be felt right throughout the company and she is often referred to as “holding the company together”.
A true Icon leader, Pauline loves spending time with her family, watching her favourite AFL team the Hawks and helping Icon to excel.
Ross McClellan – Production Manager
Production Manager with extensive experience overseeing the manufacturing of rotary filling machines. Skilled in leading production teams, optimizing assembly processes, and ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Known for hands-on leadership, strong coordination across mechanical and automation teams, and a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
