Ideal for smaller production lines, space limited operations and new start out business, the APR-1000 Palletisers offer the perfect solution to the often cumbersome and manual labour intensive task of stacking packed cartons onto pallets.
- These Palletisers generally take up a foot print no larger then 3000mm by 2000mm
- They pack cartons onto Pallets between 800mm x 800mm to 1,200mm x 1,200mm in size
- They can operate at speeds of up to 400 cycles per hour.
- The Palletiser can handle cartons of between 200mm(L) x 200mm(W) x 200mm(H) up to sizes of 450mm(L) x 450mm(W) x 450mm(H)
- They can handle carton weights of up to 25Kg’s and can stack pallets up to 1,800mm high
The APR-1000 can also be fitted with an AP-360 Pallet Wrapper, which allows for stretch wrapping pallets within the same general space as the palletising, without a large increase to cost or equipment footprint.
