Filtec Automation manufactures a range of bottle filling, capping and labelling machinery ranging from rotary flow meter fillers, in line gear pump fillers, in line volumetric fillers and in line flow meter fillers.
Included in the range of bottle filling machinery is a range of bottle unscramblers, cappers, bottle rinsers, air rinsers, labellers as well as conveyors and accumulation tables. The filling machinery is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, home and personal care, industrial as well as dairy and food applications.

LINEAR VOLUMETRIC FILLERS
Filtec offer a range of volumetric fillers for filling products from low to high viscosity for lower speed options and less sophisticated applications.
The Filtec piston pump fillers employ state of the art ball screw drive technology ensuring total control of suction and discharge of products. The flow of product is thus infinitely adjustable. The ball screw drive ensures un-matched accuracy and flexibility.
A touch screen is used to interface all control parameters to the PLC system. The highly effective “recipe” system, ensures very fast product changes with minimal set up time as all speeds and timers are recalled automatically.
A tool-less change parts system is used to make fast changes between bottle sizes. Our CIP system has our unique “Drain Dry” system which ensures that the entire fluid path can drain dry thus no product loss during change over due to contamination with old product or CIP liquid. Various options are offered; such as interlocked guarding, ball screw driving diving nozzles for bottom-up filling, CIP systems, container handling by scroll or pneumatic gating, colour touch screen etc.

All of our equipment is manufactured from stainless steel and is easily washed down. Our fillers have simple CIP cleaning requirements, with some models able to operate for over 24 hours between CIP cycles.

Spare and change parts available
Change parts may be required where there are bottles and caps of different size and shape being used during production. Each variation in size and shape requires a separate change part to be placed on the filler and capping system to enable smooth operation.
