Vertical Crate Handling Systems
The mechanical crate de-stacker is a great option for low throughput lines.
With floorspace restrictions, the vertical solution allows the overlap of both production and crate handling lines.
Need to go up? the side grip crate elevator can do the job. Depending on the configuration of the tracks (C-shape or S-shape) the crates can be flipped upside down, merging 2 processes into one.
Need to go down? the same side grip elevator can be configured to lower any crate.
Horizontal Crate Handling Systems
When production grows, the plant layouts can become interconnected and intertwined. Crates can hop from one line, switching from one line via the crate diverter, ensuring the transition of the crate is smooth and without snagging.
Merging 2 crate lines into 1 or even 2 infeeds with 2 outfeeds is possible with the crate merging table and the crate orientor can correct the orientation of the crate ensuring that every crate is the correct orientation for each operation.
